What a colour-full week this has been!

I received a fabulous package in the mail from my dear friend Meg Nicks in Canmore, filled with a plethora of mouth-watering hearts and a gorgeous card, as well as a poster of Canadian birds for John.  What a wonderful lift it was!

There are dozens of magical abstracts in these hearts, aren't there?

I've been adding bits and pieces to my recently-constructed books this week, from securing them to decorating which added some more colour.

As always, the feast goes on and on, and I consider myself fortunate indeed.  How about you - where did you find your fortune this week?

  1. Win, I love, love love your hearts they are so bright and beautiful. And your books are adorable. I was looking at the long folded one on your last post, just looking at it made my eyes cross and my brain buzz. Looking at it folded here I don't think I could figure it out in a month of Sundays. I'm glad someone has the patients for all that lovely.
This is surgery month for me and my poor Hubby. He definitely got the worst of it, with a cornea transplant on one eye and the next one to come in 4 months. I am in charge of installing the bazillion eyedrops he needs for 2 years. Anyway I'm cramming as much art as I can in between.
Keep up the good work it's lovely. Hugs Deann

I'm sending you wishes for both of you to have a speedy recovery; I know the Universe will be looking after you both. Massive hugs, and much love, my creative muse! xo

    1. Me too, Tracy; Meg is a masterful colourist, and I'm so missing our painting times together. I can hardly wait for this pandemic to end so we can get immersed in some colourful play again!

  5. Well, I was back to read what you told me, and I see that my comment has again disappeared into limbo ... Aaaah the web and its mysteries.
So, I want to tell you again that the hearts offered by your friend are superb and that your star books are magnificent!
You are certainly a very lucky chick, there is no doubt; but you are much more than that, you are talented, spiritual and a big heart too!
