I suppose...

that even tags can have a bad hair day, and this one certainly looks as though that's true.

I've been on a binge this week with tag-making, mostly because I've found my tag stash to be rather short for some reason.  I've created so many this week that I've gone a little silly!

I think I'll just let you scroll down and have a peek without verbal interference!

I love tag-making for the fun and versatility, and it's always a great idea to have some hanging around for gifts.

What have you gotten up to this week?  I'd love to hear your stories!

    1. Thanks, Mia - I'm thinking maybe I've got the tag obsession on the run, likely due to the bad hair day! :D

  2. What a lovely bunch of tags with a great variety of colours and textures. You obviously have a good stash of ribbons, cords, and threads. The 'bad hair day' comment made me smile. I keep my hair really short (about an inch long) but I still manage to have bad hair days :)

    1. Thanks, Tracy...I just. could. not. stop. with these tags. :D And my hair is very short as well. Even then I have an unbelievable bed head when I wake - those Greek Gorgons have nothing on me!

    1. Thanks, Corrie - I most certainly had a blast in my tag frenzy. And I was appalled at the comment left on your Hashtagthis post, my friend - it was uncalled for to the max, and mean to boot. Well rid of that follower, I must say. Please, please, please continue your fabulous vision and put it out there...you are needed in this world, my friend. xo

  6. Those are without a doubt some of the most beautiful and creative tags I have ever seen. What a treasure to receive a gift with another gift tied to it.
As for myself I am neck deep in genealogy I am trying to finish up about 20 histories of ancestors on my husband's side of the tree. Mostly because no one else will do it and I want my sons and grandkids to have it and understand where they came from. It is my hope that if I bring all the information and photos together in an organised and easy to keep manner, they can be handed down for many generations. I have been so blessed to get so many histories and photos.
In the mean time keep making those wonderful tags there's only 293 days til Christmas.

  7. So many thanks, Deann - I had a great deal of fun with those tags, and suspect there will be more to come! Laughing hysterically at the thought of only 293 days until Christmas - heaven help us. :D

Your genealogy project has my great admiration. That is a lovely gift to give to your family when completed - it's something that will be treasured for generations. Our family (father's side) did one when I was in my 20's, had it printed into a book, and it's a treasure to have. I suspect that yours will be too. Big hugs, and strong rooting from this quarter, my friend. xo

  8. Loving the tags Win. If I had to choose I think the first one is my favourite. I really like making them too though haven't done any for a while. I like making them into tag books. My friend and I used to do one a month, swap them and then put them together as tag books, great fun but sadly she isn't crafting anymore. Have a great weekend, Angela xXx

    1. Thanks, Ang - it's funny, isn't it, how we go in spurts with something? I'd not made any for ages either, and then near ran out! Sorry to hear you and your friend don't get together to do them now - you and I need to live closer together! xo
