Does colour make your mouth water?

If that's the case, then you'll love the intensity of alcohol ink play.

For the first time since 2018, our friends Meg and Paul were visiting from Canmore.  We've played a lot of times together in Creston, and this time was no exception.

Would you look at all those alcohol inks?

Before too long, the lawn was covered in colour.

We played on stone (mineral) paper and vellum, but we both realized that we were hooked on the Yupo paper play (above).

We had way more fun than the Play Police actually allowed, so now we're both in jail awaiting trial for 'Overdosing Seniors with Saturated Colour'.  Will we be released?  Check in next week for additional details; meanwhile, please send funds for bail $$.  xo

  1. The first two look like something from under a microscope and I mean that in a good way. We are both delving into colour this week. We’ll be dreaming in vivid colour because of it, I suspect.

  2. Well my friend, I can see you are just non-repentant, So I'm going to leave you and Meg in the poky with your Yupo paper and alcohol ink. You can rock on until you see the error of your ways...lol
Have the very best week and don't kill the grass. Hugs

    1. I suspect we'll be in the poky for a very long time, Deann - neither of us will EVER repent colour lust! We will, however, be careful of the grass - Mother Nature is already angry, and we don't want to further that in any way! Big hugs, my friend, and thanks for stopping by! xo

  5. Wow, it's an orgy of colours and energy!
I like the first two a lot and I feel, looking at all this, that you had a blast!
I'm sure you won't be in prison for long (you've probably already been out of it :), we don't arrest people for bringing colour and joy to life, do we?
Good continuation my friend, be always free and fulfilled
