...a gel print party, so the studio has looked like this for the past week:
In other words, from floor to ceiling, chaos has ensued. The bonus is some lovely new background starts from 8 1/2" x 11" sheet size
to small tag/bookmark size bits.
And yes - I was the only one at the party. I swear that colour pigs live the best lives when paired with paint and paper, don't you think?
How did your week go? Heading over the check it out!!
Wowzer, it looks like you have been very busy my friend. I can see gorgeous patterns and color waiting for the next step. Because we all know they will not remain just simple little cards.
ReplyDeleteI hope Mother Nature is treating you kindly up there. Hugs and best wishes from here. Deann
Mother Nature is snowing on us right now, and it's pretty chilly...tomorrow, no doubt, the sun will shine and we'll be in bikinis, so typical spring weather!
DeleteAnd yes, those prints are likely to wind up in dozens of places - collage paintings, art cards, book covers, and so much more. I feel so fortunate to have such a great place to play and the time to do so!!
Wishing you the warmer side of spring weather and beautiful Utah glory to boot. Sending massive hugs...Win
Hi Win, thanks for your lovely comments over at mine. It looks like you've been having fun and looks like there will be lots more to follow. I look forward to being able to make more of my own papers but for now I have to use up more of those commercial papers first. Hope the weather improves for you soon too. Sending hugs Angela xxx
ReplyDeleteLooks like you enjoyed your party for one and were very productive! Feasting my eyes on all that colour and texture :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Angela, and it was great fun...I look forward to seeing what you do with all those commercial papers. I really like the masterboards you've created with them so far!
ReplyDeleteAnon - it was great fun and no doubt there will be more to follow!!
