...to be a day later than I suspect. Summers are just like that, aren't they?
I did manage to do some work on some small collages, and will just keep at it (forever?). It's so fascinating to see what bits of scraps can do when they play together.
Here's to endless experimentation with bits of paper and a wide range of colours. . .
I love these it's so good to see those tiny bits of paper that we just can't throw away coming to life. The more the better. Happy creating Angela xXx
ReplyDeleteThanks, Angela - I'm loving the size and playfulness of these little collages, and it makes me happy to be using up thos bits of paper! :D
DeleteHi Win
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you showed up. You are so reliable that, I worry if your not okay but then I comfort myself by thinking "She's probably just visiting her grandkids.
I just posted a quote that reminds me of you and your beautiful collages. It says "We all have hundreds of amazing worlds inside us."
I left off the last line that says "Even Thousands" and that's when I thought of you and all you wonderful creations. You are awesome my friend. Best wishes to you always. Hugs Deann
I would have loved to have been visiting grandkids this week, rather than down with the flu bug that's hit our town - much more fun!!
DeleteAnd what a lovely quote, Deann, and more so that it made you think of me. That's high praise from someone who has such much outstanding creativity in her own soul! xo Happy week, my friend...💖
Sorry to hear you've had the flu bug, Win. Hope you feel better soon! At least it hasn't kept you from some paper play. I'm loving those clean lines and the juxtaposition of bold colours. As you say, there are endless combinations to play with.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tracy; there are so many permutations of the bugs going round it's little wonder that one of them snagged me. On the mend, though, and that's a good thing. I'm hoping to be a little more active in this next week. :D
