Post playshops...

is a time for unpacking boxes, sorting, storing and getting back to 'normal' - HA!

This week I've been in finishing mode too, with a painting done (another on the Dark Side),

And with just over four weeks left until Christmas (did I say that out loud - OH NO), I can tell it's time to get in the creativity mode.  Do you make all your gifts?  Do you have a ton yet to do?  How's your holiday season shaping up?  Please let me know in your comments, and feel free to add your website and/or blog to let our readers know too!

    Perfect altered pieces...wow!No -- no stress for me-- don't need to make or buy any presents - since we don't celebrate with gifts. Our daughter gets one.. but she got her new Iphone ---so no surprise for her as well - ..
    I don't like any stress at christmas.. had it so long as I was a bookseller.. hard Christmas- time for all the people that are engaged in trading .

      Glad to hear you're not in stress mode for Christmas, Susi - after being in trade for a while, it can get to be a time of year that one shuns!

    Great projects, Win, and all of them on the "dark side" - elegant looking, I would say, and mysterious. Loving all the elements you used for assemblage. The watch is way too cool!

      Many thanks, Zsuzsa - they were all fun projects. I can't remember where the watch came from (so many people save & gift things to me), but I knew it would be perfect somewhere!

    All the cool stuff Win! Yes, I do make gifts for people I know will appreciate them. No I have not started! I have agreed to this crazy challenge of doing art journal pages everyday of November and filming them for Youtube! I had no idea how consuming that would be. So my plans for things I was making for gifts are on hold until Dec. 1 :(

      Isn't it fabulous, Tracy? That's Kroma Crackle, made here in Canada. It takes a while to dry but well worth the effort!
